자동차보험 쇼핑을 하려고 온라인으로 견적받는 와중에 한 군데에서 요금이 좀 많이 나오길래 자세히 봤더니 아래와 같이 제가 하지도 않은 2019년 9월에 클레임한 기록이 있다고 나오는데 이런 경우 어떻게 해야 하는지 경험있으신 분 조언 부탁드립니다. 다른 보험사에서는 그런 내용을 찾아볼 수 없었고 Liberty Mutual에서만 보이네요.
이게 정확한 정보인지, 리포트를 요청해서 확인 후 수정요청을 해야 하는건지 처음이라 당황스럽네요.
