    COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS MANAGER
    Atlanta, GA
    The company has the breakthrough technology required to produce truly cutting-edge advanced materials for the automotive, electronics, and solar energy industries. We are a global firm with everything from manufacturing to R&D operations located strategically in North America, China, and Europe, and we have a proven record of success as a trusted partner to customers around the world. As a result, we’re looking for a Comp and Benefits Manager to assist in researching, identifying, and recommending state-of-the-art compensation, benefits, performance, and employee rewards programs for the North American companies.

    COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS MANAGER
    1. Purpose; Scope of Responsibility
    a. Strengthening infrastructure through planning/improving HR system for current 4 subsidiaries and more for the future in the Americas

    2. Role and Responsibilities
    a. Identify issues and review improvement plans through communication with HR leaders in the Americas
    b. Quarterly regular meetings with HR leaders in the Americas (On/Off-line)
    c. Analysis/review of US labor laws and major HR trends
    d. Improvement of evaluation/compensation system for American corporations

    3. Qualifications and Education Requirements
    a. Bachelor’s degree or higher, related majors, related experience of 7 years or more
    b. HR consulting experience for manufacturing-based companies (Preferred)
    c. Improvement of performance evaluation/reward based system experience
    d. Work or travel in Atlanta/Alabama (preferred)
    – Negotiable work area / telecommuting, etc.
    e. Multi-lingual: Competent in both English and Korean languages
