The stock has a whopping 5%+ dividend. That in itself speaks volume. Just buy and collect. Over the past 6 years you would have made a fortune in dividend as it was 10%+ at some point! 2. The company is named in best employer for diversity. This cannot be understated! You know by buying you are doing social good for all. Think of purchasing this stock has doing social charity. 3. The company has been included in the gender equality index! More reasons to buy and be socially at the top of the spearhead. Why bother with companies like GOOGL who are clearly not and embroiled into horrible allegations. Money is not everything in investing. 4. The stock has been in a downtrend for 6 years and still down YTD. TJ and I see this as very positive! Look at it that way: a broken clock is right twice a day. A stock cannot go indefinitely down. Eventually, what goes down must go up, there is equilibrium in the universe, matter transforms and never disappears. 5. Insider holdings is between 0.32% and 0.64%. Think of that folks! That is great! Not only it is above 0%, but there is room for an additional 99.36% insider buying. These are statistical facts! But then the stock may hit $1000 or more! And a dividend of 5%+. Win–win! ca-ching! 6. Stock is in the single digit. Now this is the little dirty secret no one pays attention too. An e-commerce very very cheap by its price. Compare to AMZN at a bloated $2100. What do they do? They sell books online and have basement with computers and honestly who can trust a guy looking like Bezos compared to a button up IBM exec? Now project PBI being at $4 to $2100 being a similar company. YES! That is a 525 multiple gain! Ca-ching again! 7. The company is selling his part. That is a real winner. Huge gains can be made with no need to make anything! Think of it like quitting work for a better life quality and selling a kidney, a leg, an arm, the denture, an eye to generate income and pay the mortgage. You still can go to the park all day! Like my cousin Peggy always said “use your assets to get ahead!” She taught me so much! Ca-ching! 8. TJ, the long time major holder of the stock, is all in. You don’t need to know more. He can smell a killing, you can tell. The nose knows! 9. Total cash in hand is 336.68M! Can you imagine that! When is the last time you held 336.8 Millions in your hands? That tells you money is not issue. All the things they can buy! I barely have $100K for myself. 10. Shorts are trapped in! I see 1.72% of the float or about 30MM shares! These guys are about to be slaughtered. They will all exit at once and the stock price will spike to the moon like Alice! Don’t delay and do what TJ says, he is the man: BUY!
