Position Title: Production_CAM & QC Intern

General Responsibilities:
• Get familiar with the organization, procedure, staff, and the training environment.
• Regular and predictable attendance, the ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of tasks required by the company.
1) Production_CAM
• Use of Esprit CAM software to program for CNC milling machines.
• Use of CAM database to validate a manufacturing process for a patient-specific dental abutment.
2) Production_QC
• Perform inspection of custom-designed abutments as required to ensure the dimensional and visual integrity of product in accordance
with all required quality specifications and standards.
• Perform and follow product cleaning instructions, processes, and procedures for dental abutments

Qualifications:
• Any dental field knowledge and interest preferred
• All training provided

Stipend: $42,000/year up
Working Hour: Mon – Fri, 8 A.M. to 5 P.M.
