Customer Service Duties: • Oversee and manage third-party customer service provider, Partner Hero. • Provide guidance and resolve escalated issues from Partner Hero as needed. • Collect, review, and submit monthly customer service performance reports to Korea HQ. • Directly handle customer service calls and emails when necessary. • Regularly monitor the FDA website for relevant updates and events related to company products. • Report key FDA updates promptly to HQ and the US office. 3.
