You will be considered a United States resident for tax purposes if you meet the substantial presence test for the calendar year. To meet this test, you must be physically present in the United States (U.S.) on at least: 1) 31 days during the current year, and 2) 183 days during the 3-year period that includes the current year and the 2 years immediately before that, counting: All the days you were present in the current year, and 1/3 of the days you were present in the first year before the current year, and 1/6 of the days you were present in the second year before the current year. 이것을 계산해보니 200일이 넘습니다! 여기서 질문입니다! 1) 저는 터보택스 서비스를 사용할 수 있는건가요? 터보택스는 resident만 된다고 들었습니다.. 2) 터보택스가 안될시 sprintax (유학생 전용) 이용하려는데 어떤가요?.. 3) 유학생인 저에게 standard deduction을 받을 수 있나요?..
