Position Title: Brand Support

Role Description:
We are looking for an aspiring candidate to be with us on the path of our fast-growing business. The product manager we want to work with is expected to be capable of thinking strategically and executing proactively, skillful at communicating, self-motivated, self-directed, detail-oriented, and willing to grow. Most importantly, he or she is expected to be very insightful, understanding the packaged food & beverage market & food trends and consumer lifestyle shifts.

General Responsibilities:
• Developing new products end-to-end with cross-functional teams, writing business plans for new products.
• Managing product portfolio, designing price structures, and analyzing sales & profits.
• Creating content, stories about products, concept boards, and updating website product details.
• Conducting consumer surveys and analyzing the results needed to identify consumers’ and customers’ unmet needs and desires.
• Researching market competitions and being up to date about new market opportunities.
• Responding and acting promptly against the needs of new products, product improvement, and product claims from the voice of customers, consumers, and the sales department.
• Designing product labels in cooperation with the design team reviewing label statements in compliance with FDA regulations.
• Communicating with co-packing partners and helping in supply chain management.
• Working closely with the global team in South Korea’s head office.

Qualifications:
• +5 years of work experience managing products in the food & beverage or dietary supplement area would be preferred.
• English native. Bilingual skills in Korean & English written and verbal, are preferred.
• Creative, enthusiastic, self-motivated, self-directed, detail-oriented, and willing to grow.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in Asian (or Asian corporate) culture is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• No issue with a business trip.
• Must possess a legal driver’s license and be capable of driving.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the USA.

Stipend: $65k ~ 75k / year
Working Hour: Mon – Fri, 9 A.M. to 6 P.M.
