Web Designer (1):
Qualifications:
• BA in Computer Graphics or equivalent experience • At least 1-2 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Flash. (Knowledge in Flash development is a BIG plus.)
• Must have solid written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with an ability to meet deadlines
• Must be familiar with HTML, DHTML, CSS, and JavaScript with an interest in usability and web standards.
• Must be familiar with Advertising Prints and Design.
• Knowledge in Adobe Premiere and Adobe After-Effects is a plus.Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Developing and maintaining all aspects of our official game websites.
• Ensuring each aspect of the official website is accurate, well-designed and up-to-date.
• Develop, refine, and implement high quality customer experiences using strong information architecture, visual design, and customer experience skills.
• Develop and ability to perform web programming, coding for official web sites.
• Graphic design for online and offline media advertising.Web Developer / Web Application Engineer (Tool Developer) (1):
Qualifications:
• BS degree or higher, preferably in CS.
• Experience with server-side web frameworks such as ASP.NET (C#).
• Strong scripting and database skills, including ASP, MS SQL 2000/2005, and JavaScript.
• AJAX/HTML/CSS experience and an interest in user interface design a plus.
• 2+ years experience in launching successful interactive web sites/applications.
• At least 2 years of relevant web programming experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Tack-sharp analytical abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Design, implement, test, and launch internal tools.
• Maintain existing tools and infrastructure by implementing new features and fixing critical bugs.
• Analyze work processes to determine inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
• Develop internal database expertise and manage data pulls for larger team.
• Evangelize tools to other internal teams.
• Developing and day-to-day maintenance of web content.
• Designing and quickly implementing clear, effective web pages.
• Collaborate with designers and customer support team to refine the user experience.
• Responding to a variety of web-related requests across departments.
• Fulfilling several project requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.Assistant System Application (1):
Qualifications:
• MCSE or solid knowledge of Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2000.
• MCDBA or strong knowledge of MS-SQL Server 2000/2005
• BS degree, preferably in CS or equivalent experience.
• Must be fluent in Korean and English; verbal and written, including technical writing.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience.
• Computer and/or gaming industry experience is a preferred.
• Have understanding of network and system architecture.
• Knowledge of availability, backup, restoration and recovery systems with the database.
• Must be available for on-call emergencies at all times.
• Effective problem solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
• Excellent attention to detail.Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Participate in overall game creation from concept to implementation.
• Work with management to coordinate project priorities.
• Collaborate with developers and customer support team to refine the user experience.

• Manage live game servers with server applications.
