CORE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, organize and control general warehouse operations.

• Report daily operational topics to upper management.

• Maintaining warehouse compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

• Manage all aspects of employee relations, including performance reviews and disciplinary

issues, conducting reviews for direct reports and assuring supervisors are conducting periodic

reviews for their reports.

• Maintain the correct equipment capacity for effective warehouse results.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4 to 7 years of distribution and warehousing/ logistics experiences.

• computer skills (excel, PPT, word, outlook)
