medical history기록을 적는 단계가 있는데,
이걸 적었다가는 입사전에 포지션이 날라갈거 같은 생각이 들어요.
암치료 기록이 있는데, 안적어서 나중에 알게되면 문제가 될까요?

Health Services department will contact you concerning a job related physical evaluation required as a part of our post-offer process. This is consistent with business necessity. Based on your address given, it will be determined whether your physical exam will be performed on site at ###(회사이름) or a contract clinic.
Please bring the following items with you to your appointment:
– Glasses. :If you wear them, have them with you.
– Photo Identification.

Your appointment will last approximately 60 minutes. If you take medication in the morning, continue to take it as you normally would. At this appointment you will be asked to fill out a medical history sheet, so please be prepared to provide the dates of any injuries, surgeries, etc and list any medication you are currently taking.

Medical info는 연방법으로 privacy가 철저히 지켜지기 땜에 그냥 빈칸으로 두는게 좋을듯 합니다. 고등학생들 운동팀에 가입하기전에 병원가서 간단한 physical 검사받고, 의사한테 운동해도 좋다라는 소견서 받는거 같은거라면, 예전에 암치료 받은거 전혀 언급할 필요도 없고, 회사 측에서 물어봐서도 안돼는걸로 알고 있어요.
