Deferral choices include pre-tax, Roth and traditional after-tax contributions. The company matches employee contributions as follows — 100% on first $1,500, 50% on the next $1,500, 33% on next $7,500 and 10% thereafter up to the IRS limit. 지금 다니는 회사에서는 그냥 upto 10%까지 다 매치를 해줘서 복잡할거 없이 매치했는데.. 위의 회사는 좀 헤깔리네요.. 저게 지금 처음 1500$ 까지는 100%해주고, 그 다음에은1500$ * 0.5 + 7500$*0.33 + 나머지 * 0.1 이라는건가요? 다시말해서.. 맥스로 넣는다치면.. 매년 1500$ + 1500$*0.5+ 7500$*0.33 + 나머지금액 *0.1 을 다 해준다는 뜻인가요?
