영주권 취득과 Tex Return

    저는 2007년부터 텍스 보고를 했고 올 9월에 영주권을 취득했습니다.

    어떤 분들의 말로는 영주권 취득 후에 텍스 리턴을 더 많이 받는다고 하던데

    그 말이 사실인지 궁금해서요???

      OMG.. There’s NO way that it could be true.

      do not trust any ‘어떤 분들의 말’ until you actually confirm with a professional.

      H-1B visa holder is considered resident by tax law, so there is no difference between H-1B visa holder and green card holder by tax law.
