SAP / ERP / WMS 데이터 입력 및 관리</strong> • 재고, 출하, 창고 운영 관련 데이터를 SAP/ERP 시스템에 입력, 업데이트 및 관리 • 운영 변경 사항에 맞춰 데이터 정확성 검토 및 조정 • 창고 운영 지원을 위한 SAP/ERP 시스템 리포트 생성 <strong>2. 트럭 및 운송 차량 관리</strong> • 출입 차량 및 운전기사 출입 관리 (사인 인/아웃) • 운전기사에게 적절한 상·하차 도어 안내 및 차량 이동 기록 관리 <strong>3. 서류 확인 및 관리</strong> • 입·출고 관련 서류의 정확성 및 완전성 검토 • 선하증권(B/L), 패킹리스트, 출하 관련 문서 체계적 관리 <strong>4. 월별 재고 및 인보이스 지원</strong> • 월간 재고 실사 및 재고 조정 지원 • 재고 및 출하 데이터를 기반으로 월별 인보이스 작성 시 재무팀 지원 <strong>5. 트레일러 및 야드(Yard) 관리</strong> • 도어 배정 현황 관리 및 트레일러 야드 리포트 유지 • 입고 물량과 패킹리스트 대조 확인 • 드롭 야드(Drop Lot) 트레일러 운영 및 조율 <strong>6. 고객 서비스</strong> • 출하 현황, 재고 이슈 등과 관련하여 내부 부서 및 외부 고객 문의 응대 • 창고 운영 관련 커뮤니케이션 지원 <strong>7. 사무 및 행정 지원</strong> • 문서 정리, 파일링, 데이터 입력 등 기본적인 사무 업무 수행 • 창고 운영팀의 행정 업무 전반 지원 <strong>8. 기타 업무</strong> • 창고 운영에 필요한 추가 업무 및 긴급 요청 사항 지원 • 특별 프로젝트 또는 운영 관련 보조 업무 수행 <strong>Qualifications/Requirements (자격 요건):</strong> • <strong>영어 / 한국어 이중언어 가능자 (필수)</strong> • 물류, 공급망 관리, 경영, 또는 관련 전공 재학 중인 자 (우대, 필수 아님) • SAP / ERP 시스템에 대한 기본 지식 또는 학습 의지가 있는 자 • 꼼꼼하고 체계적인 업무 처리 능력 • 빠른 환경에서 멀티태스킹이 가능한 자 • 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력 및 고객 서비스 마인드 • MS Office 사용 가능자 (Excel, Word 등) • 창고 환경에서의 행정 업무 및 현장 업무 수행에 거부감이 없는 자 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> <strong>SAP/ERP/WMS Data Entry and Management:</strong> • Input, update, and maintain data in the SAP/ERP system related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse operations. • Ensure accuracy of data and make necessary adjustments to align with operational changes. • Generate reports from the SAP/ERP system to support warehouse operations. <strong>Truck Arrangements:</strong> • Sign drivers in and out of the facility, ensuring accurate records are maintained. • Direct drivers to the appropriate loading/unloading bays and maintain a log of all vehicle activity. <strong>Paperwork Verification:</strong> • Verify all incoming and outgoing paperwork, ensuring completeness and accuracy. • Maintain organized records of bills of lading, packing slips, and other shipping documentation. <strong>Monthly Inventory and Invoicing:</strong> • Assist in conducting monthly inventory counts and reconciliations. • Support the finance department by helping to compile monthly invoices based on inventory and shipment data. <strong>Trailer and Yard Management:</strong> • Maintain accurate door assignment records and oversee the yard report for trailer inventory. • Reconcile inbound shipments with packing slips and coordinate drop lot activity for trailers. <strong>Customer Service:</strong> • Provide customer service to internal departments and external customers regarding shipment status, inventory issues, and other inquiries. <strong>Clerical and Administrative Support:</strong> • Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents. • Support the warehouse team with various administrative tasks as needed.
