Include an English translation.
An abridged or “short form” document, like you have submitted, which does not indicate parentage is not acceptable.

A reccord of birth means a certificate issued by thy official custodian of birth records in the country of birth, showing the date and place of birth and the parentage of the alien, based upon the original registration of birth.

Submit any documentary evidence in your possession to demonstrate that your marriage to the principal applicant is bona fide. Such evidence may include, but is not limited to: birth certificates for common children proof of joint residence or ownership of property joint income tax returns joint financial accounts spousal insurance coverage medical, school or religious records or other proof of marital status. Secondary evidence will be evaluated for authenticity and credibility and should cover all periods from the time your marriage took place until the present. If you fail to submit any evidence or if you submit insufficient evidence, your application may be considered for denial.
