저희 조카가 한국에 급히 가야하는데 영주권이 펜딩중이고 여행허가는 만료, 노동허가는 곧 만료 예정이라 제가 (이모) I-131과 I-765를  대신 신청해서 서류를 이민국에 보냈고, 지난 4월 13일에 접수됐습니다.
그런데 어제, Rejection Notice와 함께 보낸 서류가 모두 반송되어 왔습니다.
제 조카는 울고 불고 난리가 났습니다.
이곳에서 서류 도움받아 작성해서 보냈고, fee는 이민국 사이트에 나와있는대로 보냈는데 리젝 이유가 fee가 안맞아서 인것 같아요.
그런데 fee를 얼마로 다시 보내라는 안내도 없어요.
fee를 얼마로 다시 보내야 할까요.

** insturuction 에는 I-131 $305, biometric fee $80를 one check으로 $385으로 보내라고 나와 있어서 체크를 $385를 만들어 보냈습니다.

다음은 노동허가카드 신청입니다.

** fee를 $340을 만들어서 보냈습니다.

그리고 I-797 copy는 notice type 이 transfer notice로 2007년 10월 9일에 온 것을 카피해서 보냈습니다. 혹시 이것도 문제가 될까요. 아무리 찾아도 receipt notice가 없네요.

꼭 좀 도와주세요. 제 조카는 지금 여행허가증 없이 한국을 가겠다고 고집을 부리고 있습니다. 부탁드려요.

I-131 Advance Parole 은 Biometric Fee없이 $305만 보내셔야 합니다.
만약 I-485신청시에 $1,010을 지불하셨던 분이라면 I-131과 I-765가 모두 무료입니다.
첵에 서명을 잘못하거나 내용 기입이 잘못 된 경우에도 이런 결과가 있을 수 있습니다.
이민국 편지내용에 따르면 첨부서류도 잘못 준비하신 것으로 보입니다.
