    ECONET is seeking an individual who is passionate, highly motivated and adaptable for the Korean/English Bilingual Executive Administrative Assistant position. This role requires a multi-tasker who provides administrative support to the President of ECONET such as, managing schedules, travel, meetings, organize presentations as well as coordinate with one or more department professionals, managers or executives both in the U.S. and Korea.

    SUMMARY

    The Administrative Assistant performs administrative duties to include document creation and editing, filing, report preparation and maintenance, data entry, mail preparation and distribution, managing schedules, arranging appointments, travel, meetings, conference calls, etc.; may support one or more department professionals, managers or executives.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Performs administrative duties for management and staff as requested
    Oversees office supply orders
    Prepares and assists with meeting logistics for corporate and Board meetings
    Completes and/or coordinates special projects or events as requested
    Provides document preparation and record keeping support
    Prepares and compiles reports which may include management data or data from other companies
    Coordinate and/or arrange business travel for executives
    Provides administrative support to CEO and executives including meeting schedules or other business commitments
    May prepare and/or manage expense report, payment requests, and other documents for approval/payment

    REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    Associates degree or one plus years’ previous corporate department administrative support experience
    Proficiency with word processing and data entry skills including intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, especially Power Point, Excel, and Word.
    File organization experience including records management and storage
    Ability to operate standard office equipment including but not limited to PC’s & peripherals and copiers.
    Positive attitude, ability to manage multiple projects and a team oriented individual.
    Strong sense of time management to complete projects and tasks in the allotted time frame
    Proven ability to keep accurate records and document events and meetings
    Bi-lingual fluency in Korean and English, sufficient to perform all job duties and responsibilities in writing, reading, and speaking
