최근에 집을 구입하는 과정에서 seller’s agent 가 미리 house inspection 을 했다고 합니다. 그래서, inspection report 를 받았는데, 2가지 항목에 대해서 어떻게 해야 할지 몰라 질문 드립니다.
인스펙터가 다음과 같이 적은 부분이 있습니다.

<strong>-	Water pressure</strong>
o	Water pressure has been tested at hose bib = 75 psi. Typical residential water pressure = 40 – 60 psi. Pressure exceeding 80 psi is considered excessive &amp; should be reduced by a qualified plumbing contractor.
o	This can be reduced at the main water shutoff of the house

<strong>-	Air conditioner heat pump/exchanger (outdoor) maintenance</strong>
o	Age – 16 years
o	Condition – Marginal &amp; Further Evaluation/Service Recommended
o	Re-leveling (from ground) of unit recommended
o	Cleaning recommended
o	Insulation has been deteriorated – Repair/Replace Recommended

실내 에어컨 작동과 수도를 집안 곳곳에서 틀어보았을때, 다른 문제를 발견하지 못했습니다. 
수압이 높게 나왔다고 했는데, 지금 당장은 집의 crawl space 나 다른 곳에서 물이 새지 않더라도, 장기적으로 물이 새거나 아니면 다른 문제가 생길 수 있는지요? 반드시 감압장치를 해야 하는지요?

인스펙터가 언급한 대로, 조금 기운것을 바로 잡는 re-leveling, insulation, 등등을 반드시 해야 하는지요? 일반적인 기본 관리만 해도 된다면 어떻게 해야 하는지요?
