한국에서 예방 접종 자료를 가져오지 않아서 그냥 미국에 있는 시빌 서젼 찾아가서 주사 맞기로 했습니다.
병원에서 해 준것은 다음과 같습니다.
1. 꼭 필요한 3가지 (Tdap, Varicella, MMR)만 맞으면 된다고 해서 맞았습니다.
2. TB skin test 하고 양성 나와서 X-ray 찍었습니다.
3. 그리고 피검사해서 Syphilis 만 검사해 준다고 했어요.

이렇게만 하면된다고 하고, 제가 미국에서 작년에 피검사 한거 들고 갔는데 이 검사 결과는 못 쓴다고 했어요. Hep B 검사 결과가 있지만, 제가 진하게 표시한 부분 때문에 이 결과는 못 넣겠다고 했어요.
의사 소견서 아래와 같습니다.
Your recent lab work is all normal. All of your testing for STDs have returned negative, including HIV, hepatitis C, syphilis, gonorrhea and chlamydia. You are immune to hepatitis B, likely through vaccination. You may notice some of your lab values are a little outside of the reference range, but I have reviewed these and are not of concern. You may notice that your cholesterol numbers are showing up out of the reference range, but the reference range is for patients with known cardiac disease. For your age and risk factors, your cholesterol values are satisfactory. I will let you know the results of your pap smear when they are available.

진짜 위 3가지만 해도 서류 통과가 되는지 궁금합니다.
병원에서 서류 작성할때 실수한 부분들이 좀 있어서 제가 따로 확인해보고 알아야 할꺼 같아서 여쭤 봅니다.
