Suwanee에 위치한 보험회사에서 아래와 같이 정규직 Insurane Account Representative를 채용중입니다.

Base Salary: $38,000

Benefits:
– Salary plus commission/bonus based on sales volume

– Employees will have to attend a 40-hour property and casualty pre-licensing online course and then pass the State of GA exam during the probational period (90days); will be reimbursed for the pre-licensing course and exam upon passing the exam

Responsibilities:
– Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify client needs, and market appropriate products
– Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
– Manages the renewal process for expiring policies
– Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
– Reviews client accounting history, responds to accounting inquiries and corrects account discrepancies including assisting in collections on past due accounts

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree
– Must be fluent in English
– Authorized to work legally in the states without any sponsorship
– Inside or outside sales experience preferred
– Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
