    Job Summary

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Management Support Specialist to join our team in Montgomery. This role reports directly to the Management Support Team Manager and provides critical administrative and operational support across multiple functions, including General Affairs, HR, and basic accounting.

    Key Responsibilities

    General Affairs (GA): Manage office supplies, coordinate facility maintenance, and handle general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
    Basic Accounting: Accurately record and track Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) related to company sales and purchases.
    Operational Support: Assist the Team Manager in executing tasks related to Human Resources, Workplace Safety, ESG initiatives, and IT administration.
    Documentation: Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for corporate records and compliance documents.
    Qualifications

    Language: Full professional proficiency in English and Korean (Bilingual) is required.
    Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, and reporting).
    Experience: Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in administration or basic bookkeeping is a plus but not required.
    Status: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
