    - Ability to communicate with assigned drivers and engage them to work daily.
    - Daily delivery Planning &amp; dispatching.
    - Monitor daily delivery activity and Resolve issues if faced.
    - Assist in the operation and coordination of dispatching.
    - Occasionally answer phone calls after hours.
