Not only 5 existing sites and 2 sites in development, but undefined future sites also are under coverage • For newly developed sites, biz managers are responsible to identify and establish whole processes to train new branch managers and site managers. • For existing sites, auditing and consulting will be conducted upon in depth research of both internal and external issues by biz managers • Keep searching and checking new biz opportunities out of the box • Report to President through Managing Directors Required Experiences and Skills: • 5 years of experiences in operational or administrative jobs across the manufacturing industries • 2 years of experiences in automotive industry with outstanding work performances at production, production control, materials, accounting, shipping, and other fields related to business development including human resources management • Prioritizing job functions, Multitasking, being proficient in MS office products • Bilingual in English and Korean • Advanced communication, critical thinking, planning and organizational skill Compensation: $60K – 100K Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Dental, Short Term Disability, and Basic Life ($10k company covered ADA Life) I agree to the terms of service Update List
