This position is responsible for analyzing business performance, identifying trends, and developing strategic recommendations that support the company’s growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams to improve company-wide decision-making through data insights and strategic planning. General Responsibilities: • Collect, analyze, and interpret data overall company data. • Develop reports, dashboards, and financial models to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning. • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to improve cost efficiency and profitability. • Evaluate marketing performance, pricing strategies, and customer insights to support business growth. • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency. • Develop presentations and reports for top management leadership, summarizing key insights and strategic recommendations. Qualifications: • Bilingual abilities (English & Korean) required • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Equivalent Preferred • Experience in a manufacturing, consumer goods, or food industry setting. • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint • Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint required • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States • 0-3 years experience in the similar field preferred Stipend: $50,000 - $60,000 per year Working Hour: Mon-Fri, 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. or 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.
