Position Title: Planning Associate

Role Description:
The Corporate Planning Associate plays a key role in driving data-driven decision-making across multiple departments, including sales,
production and accounting. This position is responsible for analyzing business performance, identifying trends, and developing strategic
recommendations that support the company’s growth and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams to improve
company-wide decision-making through data insights and strategic planning.

General Responsibilities:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data overall company data.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and financial models to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
• Evaluate marketing performance, pricing strategies, and customer insights to support business growth.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop presentations and reports for top management leadership, summarizing key insights and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:
• Bilingual abilities (English & Korean) required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Equivalent Preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing, consumer goods, or food industry setting.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint required
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
• 0-3 years experience in the similar field preferred

Stipend: $50,000 – $60,000 per year
Working Hour: Mon-Fri, 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. or 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.
