Position Title: E-Commerce Operator

General Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and Shopify channels.
• Ensure product listings are compelling, accurate, optimized for cost-efficient SEO, and consistently updated to maintain competitiveness.
• Monitor and forecast inventory levels in collaboration with Supply Chain Management (SCM) to ensure stock availability.
• Develop and implement pricing and promotional strategies that drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
• Analyze sales and advertising data, while identifying market trends to uncover growth opportunities within the Grocery & Gourmet food category, as well as the broader Asian food market.
• Design and execute strategic initiatives to enhance online sales, including leveraging external marketing and social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with the dedicated Amazon SAS Core manager to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless platform performance.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in E-commerce, ideally Seller Central.
• Self-motivated, self-directed, and result driven.
• Ability to accomplish tasks in a timely manner and meet deadlines.
• Proficient skills in MS Office.

Stipend: $55K~$65K/ year
Working Hour: Mon – Fri, 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.
