■ 채용분야 :
– Order Fulfillment Management

■ 직무내용 :
· Integration of EDI orders into company ERP system
· Registration of new customers and monitoring customer portal for order accuracy
· Monitor chargebacks related to orders and shipment and dispute on portal
· Manage orders from receipt through invoicing for some of the largest retailers and e-commerce partners in the market.
· Schedule shipments with carriers and within customer TMS systems to ensure on-time delivery.
· Communicate with teams for shipment planning and fulfillment coordination.
· Transmit Advanced Shipment Notices (ASNs) to customers as required.
· Generate and verify invoices, ensuring tax accuracy and proper documentation.
· Support the Logistics, Operations, and Accounts Receivable teams as needed to resolve order-related issues or discrepancies.

■ 채용조건 :
– 경영학, 물류, 공급망 관리 또는 관련 전공 학사 학위
– 창고 관리, 물류, 또는 3PL 관련 관리자급 경력 7년 이상
– 고객 주문 처리 경력 5년 이상
– Amazon, Costco, Home Depot, Walmart 등과의 출하·입하 경험
– 주요 리테일 포털(Amazon, Costco, Home Depot, Walmart 등) 관리 경험
– 재고 통제, OSHA, HACCP 및 기타 규제 요건에 대한 지식
– ERP 시스템(Sage 또는 SAP 등) 숙련자
– 영어-한국어 이중 언어 가능자
– 스페인어 가능자 우대
– Sage ERP 사용 경험자 우대
– Datalink 사용 경험자 우대

■ 근무형태 : Full-Time(On-site)
■ 급여 : TBA (경력에 따라 상이, 면접 후 협의)
