IRS 상 Substantial Presence Test 에는 183일 체류를 current year 기준? 으로 하라는데 그럼 저 같은 경우는 22년 거주기간이 총합해서 84일이므로 Nonresident Alien에 해당되는게 맞는걸까요? (그 전, 전전년도는 당연히 체류기간이 없습니다) 그럼 Form8840 만 제출하면 되는 것인지 궁금합니다.
