Now Editing “세금: H-1b 비자 상황에서 외부 소득 관련(W8BEN)” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) 안녕하세요 현재 학교에서 H-1b 근무 중이고 최근 학교 외의 non-profit에서 컨설팅을 하고 약간의 소득이 생겼습니다. 그쪽에서 샐러리 지급과 관련하여 다음 두 가지 옵션을 주었는데 어떤것으로 진행해야 할 지 모르겠습니다. 아시는 분으로부터 조언 구하고 싶습니다. a) certify that they are not a US person (sign the certification at the bottom of the W8-BEN form -- attached), then we pay the invoice b) provide a W9 with their US tax number, then we pay the invoice and report the income to the IRS at the end of the year I agree to the terms of service Update List
