Daechang Seat Co Ltd USA is Seat Frame Manufacturer located in Indianapolis, supplying its parts to Subaru and other Japanese car manufacturers.

1. Location: Indianapolis, IN

2. Position:
– Production Manager or Assistant Manager
(This is NOT Production Control position)

3. Job Description: 
- Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
- Oversee a workforce of 100+ employees in production department
- Manage production workers' attendance and work standard according to company's policy 
- Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines
- Work with production control team to meet daily and weekly production goals
- Provide motivation, support and guidance to all production employees including supervisors 
- Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management
- Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity
- Create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levels

3. Requirements: 
– Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive industry 
– Welding industry experience is a plus 
– Must speak fluent English 
– Must have documentation skill (Excel, Powerpoint)

4. Benefits:
