Now Editing “새로 지은 집 구할때 부동산 복비 Credit” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) 조만간 New Construction House를 구매하고 Closing 할 예정인데, 회사동료들왈 New Construction의 경우 부동산 realtor fee, 즉 commission에 대해 realtor로부터 credit을 받을 수 있다 하더군요. 즉, builder가 buyer broker에게 3%를 주는데, new construction의 경우 하는일이 매우 간단하기 때문에 0.5~1.5%를 buyer가 요구할 수 있다고. 적은 액수가 아니어서 여기 질문 드려봅니다. 저도 몰랐던건데, 이게 주마다 달라서, 10개주에서는 안되고 나머지 40개주에서는 허용된다 하는데, https://www.thebalance.com/commission-credits-to-home-buyers-1798320 지금 closing이 얼마 안남아서 이제서야 broker에게 요구하면 통할지 궁금하네요. 혹시 여기 새집 구매 경험 있으신 분들께서도 늦게라도 다 credit 받고 진행하셨는지요.
