2018년에 인터뷰보고 2020년 1월에 nbc로 이관된후 아무런 업데이트도 없었습니다. 인포패스 상원의원통해 여러번 확인해도 백그라운드체크중이다 기다려라 말만 들었고
이번에 너무 답답해서 상원의원 인쿼리를 넣었는데 온 답변입니다.
이건 무슨 이슈가 있어서 승인이 안되고 있는거겠죠?
현재 케이스가 어디에 있다는 정보는 없네요.
인터뷰에서는 구두승인도 당일날 받았고 recommended for approval도 심사관이 주면서 악수까지 하고 나왔는데
그동안 그 흔한 추가서류 요청 단한번도 없으니
도대체 무엇이 문제여서 그런걸까요.. 너무 답답해서 하소연하고 갑니다.

저도 저번주에 인터뷰 보고 당일 승인 날꺼라고 심사관이 그랬는데
10일째 무소식입니다..

일단 상원의원의 도움은 정답은 없는 것 같아요.
제 경우에는 주의 두분의 상원의원들과, 지역의 하원의원 사무실로 연락해서 도움을 받았는데, 결론적으로 누구의 도움이라 명확하게 구분 지을 수는 없지만, 그들의 도움으로 급행처리 된 것은 사실이니까요.
그리고 지속적으로 매달 status update를 요청 하시면 어느순간 막힌곳이 뻥 뚫리듯 해결될 날이 있을 겁니다.
그분들께 요청하는 것은 하지 않는 것보다는 확실히 긍정적 결과를 불러오는 것 같습니다.
