If you haven’t done so, contact Congressman’s office for help and visit InfoPass. I scheduled the appointment with InfoPass on last Friday (3/13), but canceled it. I am not sure if these actions would help my case get approved, but it would be nothing to lose to do so…

저도 서류가 TX에 있고 우선일자도 풀렸는데 승인이 나지 않네요..
초조함이 하루가 십년같네요…

방법 좀 알려 주세요

1) 하원의원인지? 상원의원인지? (해당거주지의 Congressman인지?)
2) 접촉수단은? 전화..메일..팩스?

Yes, I contacted the Congressman in my region. For my case, there is a Congressman’s web site and a form for any immigration issue/concern that I can fill and fax it to the office. One of their reprsentatives called me back and I told her about my issue (became current but no response from USCIS). She called/spoke the USCIS officer and told me that I will receive the decision in 30 days, which actually happened.

So, check with the Cogressman’s web site in your region in order to seek a big help…

One more thing you may want to do would be that get an appoinmnet with InfoPass and visit it. I made an appoint with InfoPass on last Friday (4/13), but I canceled it due to a conflict with my meeting at work. I am not sure if this action may directly cause my cases to get approved or not, but it would be nothing to lose to do so.

I guess that these knids of actions (service requests) to the USCIS system would pull the case out of the system and put it into the some pool that requires an immediate attention to an IO…

1.PETITIONER’S NAME은 영주권주신청자(PRINCIPAL Applicant)를 적는 건가요?
스폰서회사를 적는 건가요? 밑에 ALIEN NO를 적는 란이 있는 것으로 미루어 사람이름을
적는것 같은데요..
2.BENEFICIARY’S NAME은 영주권신청하는 가족들 이름을 적는게 맞는지요?
