Location

Working hours
ㆍ7am to 5pm, 1 hour lunch break (45 hours/week)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ㆍProject planning: Writing reports for clients and HQs (both English and Korean)
ㆍChange Order/Claim Management: Appropriateness analysis, cost analysis, unit price consultation, reporting to the ordering party and notification of the change order/claim submitted by the subcontractor, etc.
ㆍConstruction progress monitoring: Coordinating with construction SI and subcontractors on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to monitor progress rate and manage current issues/establish countermeasures, etc.

Qualifications/Requirements
ㆍKorean/English bilingual is a must
ㆍProject Management Knowledge / experience (Cost, Schedule, Contract, Risk Management)
ㆍHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-ups
ㆍStrong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
ㆍExcellent interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
ㆍDemonstration of strong compliance to procedures and guidelines
ㆍAble to work effectively in a fast paced, demanding environment while searching to improve processes
ㆍProficiency in MS Office Programs (especially Excel)
ㆍA person who has no difficulty commuting to and from the field office
ㆍA person who can work overtime if necessary for job performance
ㆍA person who can work on weekends if required

Desirable/Preferred Skills
ㆍBA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience of related field (not necessarily engineering)
ㆍExperience in manufacturing/construction projects
ㆍExperience in overseas/domestic EPC project experience
ㆍInternational and multi-cultural experience a plus
ㆍAbility to work in a multi-cultural surrounding

Payment and benefits
ㆍSalary : based on experiences and positions
ㆍRelocation Reimbursement: Up to $2,000
ㆍ12 Days of PTO, 8 days of company designated holidays
ㆍ$8,000 bonus a year
ㆍFree lunch
