JOB TITLE: Project Site Accounting Assistant DEPARTMENT: Site Operation Team REPORTS TO: Field Administration Manager LOCATION: Austin, TX & Taylor, TX ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Under policy direction from the Field Admin Manager and the Headquarter office, the Project Site Accounting Assistant position is in charge of providing services to all work units or the site organization, both administratively in terms of managing routine company services. • Review and post daily/weekly account payables • Perform accounting duties throughout the project, such as preparing invoices, estimating cash flow, and signing off on purchase orders. • Analyze project expenses and budget-to-actual reports with the managers to proactively identify potential cost overruns. • Keep a record of all project finances for internal/external auditing and tax purposes. • Prepare cost analyses by interpreting projects' financial data and information. • Report any financial risks and budgetary discrepancies to management for review. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. • Assist with the month-end close process ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP. • Assist with other related duties as assigned, but not limited QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred • 2-3 years of experiences in general accounting • Proficiency in MS Word and Exce • Solid analytical and mathematical skills • Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment I agree to the terms of service Update List
