Title
– Associate – Document Control 1명 $48,000 ~

Job Description
– Provide support to the engineering/construction team and troubleshoot day-to-day activities within the document control group
– Assist in training project personnel to use the electronic document/database management
– Administer project personnel registration
– Communicate with customers and vendors in a professional and effective manner
– Data entry, processing, and scanning of all project document types using a high-volume scanner and importing digital media
– Perform quality check for data entered into the system
– Track responses to open action correspondence; created daily and monthly reports in Microsoft Office
– Assist Project manager with administrative tasks and special projects
– Other duties as assigned by Head office

Qualification
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English are preferred
– Proficient computer skills
– Self-starter
– Problem-solving and critical thinking ability

Education & Experience – 0 to 3 years of related experience
– High school diploma or equivalent

Title
Senior Engineer – Mechanical 1명 $65,000 ~

Job Description
– Assist in the development, review and approval of construction plans, including goals and objectives
– Provide technical support to marketing for bids and proposals
– Manage, expedite, and support mechanical scope related construction document submittals, budgets, and schedules
– Act as a subject matter expert regarding some mechanical engineering activities
– Interact closely with internal teams to ensure that project needs and objectives are met
– Prepare mechanical engineering scope documents, exhibits, budgets, specifications, schedules, and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
– Lead or participate in project meetings and conference calls.
– Produce quality engineering plans, studies, and specifications while ensuring compliance with department, project, company, and industry requirements and standards
– Participate in engineering, design, and construction review processes
– Lead and conduct value-engineering studies of alternative design approaches
– Interpret plans, specifications, drawings, and documents related to engineering and construction
– Lead or assist with investigations of mechanical-related issues, including root cause analysis as needed
– Other duties as assigned
