The P&C Insurance Specialist - Work interacts with policyholders to address policy questions and related customer insurance needs. The Associate serves as a liaison between policyholders and internal functions such as underwriting and accounting. The candidate handles inbound calls and emails in supporting policyholder needs. Key Responsibilities Quoting all types of personal policies - Input the necessary information for quoting in the EPIC Quotes system - Run the quotes in the EPIC system and prepare them for review• Managing policy renewals Documenting the management system Providing customer service Cross-selling to existing clients Assisting clients with filing claims Serving as the primary point of contact for new personal line business Managing billing for policies Skills: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to analyze client's insurance needs and provide suitable recommendations - Excellent customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction - Bilingual in English and Korean(prefer), allowing for effective communication with a diverse client base Please note that a valid insurance license is required by 3 month after hired for this position.
