The P&C Insurance Specialist – Work interacts with policyholders to address policy questions and related customer insurance needs. The Associate serves as a liaison between policyholders and internal functions such as underwriting and accounting. The candidate handles inbound calls and emails in supporting policyholder needs. Candidates must be Producer licensed, although this is not a sales role.

Key Responsibilities

Quoting all types of personal policies
– Input the necessary information for quoting in the EPIC Quotes system

– Run the quotes in the EPIC system and prepare them for review• Managing policy renewals

Documenting the management system
Providing customer service
Cross-selling to existing clients
Assisting clients with filing claims
Serving as the primary point of contact for new personal line business
Managing billing for policies
Skills:
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to analyze client’s insurance needs and provide suitable recommendations
– Excellent customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction
– Bilingual in English and Korean(prefer), allowing for effective communication with a diverse client base

Please note that a valid insurance license is required by 3 month after hired for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
