A Silicon Valley patient is believed to be the second person to contract coronavirus in the U.S. from an unknown origin, Santa Clara County announced Friday.
금요일 산타클라라 카운티는 실리콘 밸리에서 2번째로 감염경로를 알 수 없는 코로나바이러스 감염자가 발견되었다고 발표했다.

Officials from the Santa Clara County Department of Public Health said that an older adult woman was diagnosed Friday with coronavirus without having traveled or been in close contact with anyone with the disease. The county has scheduled a 4 p.m. PST press conference.

“This new case indicates that there is evidence of community transmission but the extent is still not clear,” said Dr. Sara Cody, health officer for Santa Clara County and director of the Santa Clara County Public Health Department, in a statement.
