Now Editing “부모님 초청 질문” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) 안녕하세요. 부모님을 초청하려 하는데 저는 영주권자고 형은 시민권자 입니다. 형님이 해외에 파견중이셔서 미국에 Domicile할거라는 증명이 복잡할수도 있어서 혹시 형님이 I130 petitioner 로만 서명하고 영주권자인 제가 affidavit of support에 sponsor로 사인해도 될까요? 다시 정리하면 I130 petitioner와 i839 sponser를 다르게 해서 진행해도 영주권 신청이 가능할런지요. 많은 조언 미리 감사드립니다.
