H1 visa 로 pd 11/11/2006 이니 곧 순서가 오겠죠.

그런데 변호사에게 다음과 같은 메일을 받았습니다.

In order to obtain your permanent resident cards, you must complete the I-485, G-325, have a physical at an approved civil surgeon, establish that you have always been in status and obtain a letter from your employer.  There are a few other details.  I believe now would be the time to start the process, provided that employment is in the proper field.  If you intend to do all that on your own, fine, just let me know.  If you would like our assistance (and I hope you could do most of it yourself, to save on expense), let me know that as well.

우선순위가 되서 문제 없으면 그냥 green card 가 나오는게 아닌가요?

지금 시점에서 제가 또 무슨 서류(고용증명서등?)를 준비해서 이민국에 제출해야 하는건가요?

485를 접수안하게 아닌가요?
G 325랑신체검사서는 485에 들어가는 서류인데요..

i 485 접수증도 받았고 지문도 찍었고…. 2007년 대란떄 접수했는데요.
이밖에 또 무엇을 준비하라는 건지….

변호사들도 실수를 많이 하니 본인이 꼼꼼히 확인하는 수 밖에 없네요.
바로 변호사에게 연락해서 상황 설명하세요.

윗님 말씀대로 변호사에게 485 접수했고 지문도 찍었는데 또 무엇을 해야 하냐 했더니 체크하고 연락준다고 하네요. 485 접수를 안했다고 생각한건지….
