The Procurement team manages the flow of materials to our sites by monitoring and mitigating supply risk. This role will be responsible for coordinating all Procure-to-Pay cycle. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: • Purchasing Raw materials (Chemicals) • Purchasing MRO (Filter, Bearing, Belt, Cleanroom supplies) • Purchasing Spare parts (including cleaning) • Prepare POs and PO documentation in accordance with company directives. • Complete the entire Procure-to-Pay cycle by working closely with the accounting department to resolve delivery and invoicing issues. • Review contracts with compliance team to ensure pricing, payment terms, volume commitments, rebates, etc. • Develop sources of supply, establish procurement schedules, and assist in supplier pre-qualification activities. • Effectively monitor market trends to help identify improved pricing. QUALIIFICATION : • 1+ years of purchasing related experience facilitating Purchase Order process • Bilingual (English, Korean) • Understanding of general accounting principles PREFERRED QUALIFICATION: • Work experience in the semiconductor industry • Permanent residency • Bachelor’s degree in business If interested, please send resume/CV to HR@absolicsinc.com I agree to the terms of service Update List
