Position: PROCESS (FINAL INSPECTION) JUNIOR ENGINEER
Location: COVINGTON, GA

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for electrical inspection (E-Test), Automated Optical Inspection (AOI, Automated Vision Inspection (AVI), Image Review System, Visual Inspection with various tools and packing & shipment

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage equipment set up, operation, and maintenance
• Establish and manage standard documents (work order/recipe. Regular check-ups)
• Log analysis for status checks, troubleshooting and exception handling
• Process monitoring for quality and yield enhancement
• Manage Metrology & Inspection data gathering and analytics
• Supervise process improvement based on DOE
• Oversee productivity improvement and failure cost reduction
• Response to customer quality & technology issues (root cause analysis/corrective action plan)
REQUIREMENT:
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to use extensive technical knowledge to guide strategic directions
• Ability to resolve complex issues through root-cause or model-based problem solving

QUALITIFICATION:
• Ability to work independently, with minimum direction, and a focus on meeting commitments

EDUCATION :
• Bachelor of science in Engineering (major: electrical, electronics, mechanical, computer)

EXPERIENCE:
• 1+ year of Engineering experience in Semiconductor industry preferred but not required
• Experience in Optical or Electrical inspection
• Experience in Inspection or Process Technology
