Position: PROCESS (DRY) JUNIOR ENGINEER Location: COVINGTON, GA JOB SUMMARY Responsible for UV/GR/CO2 Laser cut/drill, PVD, and Plasma desmear/descum/drill. Also responsible for starting up, developing, and optimizing processes to improve product quality, driving process yield improvements, cost reduction, productivity improvement and risk management as well as resolving manufacturing line problems. You will be also required to identify, diagnose, and resolve process related problems by applying failure analysis DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage process monitoring for quality check • Supervise machine operation and data gathering (data log, measurement, inspection, analysis) • Oversee process management by statistical tools • Manage equipment set up and maintenance • Establish standard documents (work standards/cleaning standards) • Conduct failure mode analysis (reliability, TO, overshoot, etc.) • Improve process issues based on DOE analysis • Response to customer issues • Direct root cause analysis and improvement plan REQUIREMENT: • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills • Ability to use extensive technical knowledge to guide strategic directions • Ability to resolve complex issues through root-cause or model-based problem solving QUALITIFICATION: • Ability to work independently, with minimum direction, and a focus on meeting commitments EDUCATION : • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Physical, Electrical Engineering EXPERIENCE: • 1 year experiences in Semiconductor industry preferred but not required BENEFIT: • 401K 6% matching (NO vesting period) • 의료보험 100% 지원 (Health, Dental, Vision) • Life, STD, LTD 100 %지원 • 통신요금 지원 • PTO 및 다양한 복리후생 제공 CONTACT: • 이력서를 HR@absolicsinc.com 으로 보내주세요 I agree to the terms of service Update List
