미국 내에서도 내부 트랜스퍼로 산호세로 오는 경우는 거의 없습니다. 미국 본사로 넘어 오는건 H1B 받는거 보다 더어려울꺼 같은데 ㅋㅋ

삼성에서 바로 미국 영주권 되면 바로 미국으로 이직하는 게 나아보입니다. 대만이나 중국 엔지니어들이 미국에 오는 경우는 드뭅니다..

미국 회사들은 대만이나 중국등 다른 나라에서 경력쌓은 엔지니어들의 실력을 의심하는 편이며 별로 뽑고싶어하지 않습니다.
미국에서 그나마 인정해주는 게 한국 삼성이나 하이닉스정도가 아닐 까 합니다. 박사 마치고 삼성 후 NIW로 영주권 받고 미국 마이크론이나 다른 회사들로 이직하신 분들 자주 봤습니다.

근데 2년전부터 인텔, NXP, 등 미국 반도체 회사들이 사람은 몇만명단위로 크게 잘라서 지금 미국에서 취직은 쉽지 않을 거 같네요.

계측이라면 삼성에서 KLA쪽으로 이직해서 경력을 쌓고 미국 KLA로 취직가능할 듯 한데요. 함 알아보세요. 미국엣서 취직은 한국 벤더에서의 경력으로 취직이 더 좋아보입니다. 분야를 옮겨서 LAM, TEL, AMAT등 회사쪽으로 취직해서 일하고 미국으로 이직이 미국에선 더 쉽더군요. 그들 은한국쪽 회사에서 능력을 보이면 미국으로 데려옵니다. 근데 배우는 시간이 필요하므로 경력은 6년이상은 되야할 듯 하네요.
