We are looking for a field technician to join our team.

Job description/Responsibilities

Actively check monitoring system daily
Identify and report active problems/alarms that indicate the need for further investigation to take corrective action
Work closely with the Customer Site Safety Coordinator to ensure all practices fall under the defined safety protocol
Install new systems/products
Perform maintenance work as needed
Standby for potential emergencies on weekends as needed
Provide a ‘Weekly Report’ to the Manager
Attend weekly/monthly meetings as needed
Office hours from 8am to 5pm
Skills/Requirements
Must have a high school diploma

Safety-related work experience preferred
Must be able to pass a background check
Excellent communication skills and team-oriented approach
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to carry 20-50lbs and stand for extended periods of time
1~2 years of work experience in electronics industry preferred
Bilingual (Korean and English) preferred
