POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the on time manufacturing of customized, high
quality, lithium ion electrolyte with zero safety incidents.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
– Produces custom electrolyte formulations using varying methods based on customer
requirements.
– Maintains physical inventory.
– Determines and maintains all levels of production supports supplies.
– Ensures process equipment is fully functional by performing routine maintenance.
– Assists in resolving all product-related quality issues.
– Performs all tasks according to standard operating procedures.
– Follows all company, industry standard and OSHA safety procedures, including
equipment safety and personal protective equipment (PPE).
– Supports other departments, as needed.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
-Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related field.
– 1-3 years experience working in a manufacturing setting preferred.

SKILLS:
– Knowledge of safe hazardous material handling policies and procedures.
– Ability to operate material handling equipment and lift or move 50+ lbs.
– Ability to make presentations to small and large groups.
– Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
