    1. FA accountant
    – 레벨 1과 레벨2 으로 경력에 맞게 연봉이 책정되어있습니다. 대략 5만에서 8만5천불의 레인지 입니다.
    – 근무지: 미시간 노바이입니다.
    – JD 는 아래와 같습니다.
    Capex Budget Control:
    o Manage (control) R&D’s CAPEX budget to meet the given financial goal.
    o Provide each month analytic variance data to engineering managers and HQ Management.
    o Project Capex upcoming plan for the rest of the year.
    o Prepare/review CAPEX Budget Plan vs Actual Expense report
    FA Management :
    o Process recurring fixed assets transactions (Acquisition/Disposition/Transfer)
    o Manage annual FA physical inspection, reporting, and update FA book including outside FA.
    o Assist in the monthly closing of Fixed Assets.
    Account Payable for Shipping :
    o Create AP Voucher for shipping cost by gathering supporting documents

    2. Marketing & Business Planning Analyst
    – 레벨 1과 레벨2 으로 경력에 맞게 연봉이 책정되어있습니다. 대략 6만에서 9만불의 레인지 입니다.
    – 근무지: 미시간 노바이입니다.
    – JD 는 아래와 같습니다.
    · Establish Midterm Sales Plan and manage Sales Plans for North and South America via SAP, including updating/uploading forecast database to generate monthly and yearly expected sales revenue that are used for global financial reports.
    · Develop and strategically define yearly target business acquisition plan to win new business orders from major OEM’s for continuous revenue growth in North America based on Sales Plan.
    · Analyze marketing metrics for identifying effect/cause relationships between financial outcomes and marketing actions to raise profitability.
    · Work with H/Q counterparts in Korea for sales planning and acquisition targeting, acting as a bridge between U.S. Account Managers and Korean management.
    · Conduct market research for determining brand perceptions, understanding customer needs, evaluating market penetration, analyzing competitors.
    · Manages company database, including OEM and Program/Product information, in ERP and SAP for seamless connectivity among Sales & Marketing company systems.
    · Analyze market intelligence to provide guidance in company’s strategic decision-making process and to prepare various reports for H/Q and NA office management/executive meetings.
    · Conduct industry analysis: Technological, Social, Political, and Economical for market intelligence reports sent directly to Chief Management Officer in Global Sales & Marketing Center in Korea.
    · Monitor and track press releases and news about competitors and customers’ status that would affect

    3. Account Representative
    – 근무지: 미시간 트로이입니다.
    – JD 는 아래와 같습니다.
    Responsibilities
    -Be the main point of contact of assigned customers
    -Negotiate contracts and handle paperwork (e.g. invoices, orders)
    -Follow up regularly after closing a sale to ensure client satisfaction
    -Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints to find solutions and defuse tension
    -Pass on issues to account managers when needed
    -Present new or additional products and services to existing customers
    -Approach prospective clients through cold-calling, email etc. to meet sales targets
    -Send reports on sales activity, accounts status and possible issues

    Requirements and skills
    -Proven experience as an Account Representative or other sales role
    -Experience in customer service is a plus
    -Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce
    -Strong communication and negotiation skills
    -Assertiveness and confidence
    -BA and 2 years more job experience
