Now Editing “미국 회사 PTO/Vacation time 관하여 질문..” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) 안녕하세요, 제가 요번 연말에 10~15일동안 가족들과 여행을 가고 싶어서 회사에 vacation을 요청 했는데요, "Company policy is that you do not get vacation time until you've worked for the company full time for a year, and at that point you only get 10 days a year" 이라고 답장이 왔습니다. 제가 full time으로 일을 시작한지 이제 6개월정도 되었고, 짧게 5일정도여도 PTO/Vacation leave를 쓰고 싶은데.. 이메일 내용이 풀타임으로 일을 시작한지 딱 1년이 지나야 PTO/vacation leave를 쓸수 있다는건가요?ㅠㅠ 미국사람들은 근무 시작한지 1년동안은 휴가 못가나요? 회사 초년생이고 미국회사는 처음 다니는거라서 잘 이해를 못하겠네요 I agree to the terms of service Update List
