Requirement:

High school diploma or GED equivalent

4 years prior warehouse billing or clerk experience

2 years of people management experience

Organized and detailed oriented

Good customer service and communication skills

Troubleshoot paperwork and resolve problems

Basic computer skills to include email, data entry using Microsoft Excel and/or Word and typing at approximately 30 wpm

ERP system experience required (SAP experience plus)

Korean/English/Spanish bi-lingual preferred

Responsibility:

Supervise a small set of logistics clerks (3~4)

Checking in all drivers for all deliveries and pickups

Review and document if any damages and shortages with warehouse staff

Verify and maintain documentation records on incoming and outgoing shipments

Conducts inventory of products, and logs data into inventory database

Address and answer Customer Service inquiries about pending orders and shipments

Process orders for shipping, Create, edit, confirm, and print all shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing lists, labels, picking tickets.

Scheduling shipments with carriers

Scan daily PODs to directed customers

Completing daily and monthly invoicing

Assist in all cycle counts and physical inventories (monthly, yearly, and as assigned)
