로칼 어카운팅 경력 7년이상의 Manager 또는 Senior Manager 를 찾습니다.

최소 7년 이상 public accounting firm 에서 일했고 3년 이상 3-4명 이상의 스탭 어카운턴트를 수퍼바이징 및 멘토링 하면서 메니저 역할을 수행한 경험이 있어야 합니다 (독립 contributor 로 일한 경력은 고려안함). 또한 다양한 고객과 텍스, 어카운팅, 비지니스 및 기타사항에 관한 커뮤니케이션을 원할하게 하면서 local public firm에서 취급하는 모든일을 혼자서 판단하고 처리할 수 있어야 하고 4-5명 이상의 staff accountant를 수퍼바이징 및 멘토링 하면서 리드할 수 있어야 합니다.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Communicate with current and/or future clients
• Coordinate, review and approve certain financial statements
• Prepare consolidate financial statements for foreign invested companies
• Consult any tax , accounting, business and financial aspects to IT & BT start-up founders
• Prepare individual including high-net-worth individual (> $1M) & corporation tax reports including Form 5471 & 5472
• Mentoring 3-4 staff accountants

SKILL:
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and public accounting processes and controls
• 7+ years of experiences in local public accounting roles
• CPA required
• Experiences in managing and supervising work for staff accountants
• Attention to detail and ability to self-review
• Bachelor’s & Master’s Degrees in Accounting preferred
• Managing & supervising staff accountants for 3+ years

SALARY & BENEFITS
• Salary: $105,000 – $125,000/year (Manager)/ $135,000 – $170,000/year (Sr. Manager)
